“Cocktail & Gourmet Tasting”, “Covered & acclimatized event area”, “A selection of Ibizas finest musicians” & even “Valet Parking” - quite what they’ll make of our vintage peugeot 505 we’re not sure…
On a more down to earth note it’s Girlz Skool night down at Bar de Medio in the port this evening - theme tonight is “ASTRONOMY LESSON” - so we’re supposed to don silver & glittery stuff…
This is the description:
It’s back to the Old Skool for the Girlz this week and time to take a look at the Night Sky in all its glory….that is to say, another loosely themed excuse for drunken bawdy mischief down GIRLZ SKOOL, Ibiza Port way.
Our guest DJ this week is island resident DJ Donald who will be, as per the classroom rules, playing whatever pickles his planets as long as the word HouseMusic is NOT involved.
Now, dress code this week: make an effort to wear something silver..or at very least something shiny…not so very hard, girls and boys..
Be prepared for a medley of Stars Wars shenanigans on the big screen, a singalongadingdong at some stage throughout the evening, the skool arts & crafts table and of course, no Skool Nite these days would be complete without a Taste of Ibiza from the neck of a Bottle or two of Can Rich HIerbas Ibicencas..
If we can get it together, we’ll also rope in some kind of crystal ball fortune teller ..(well, astronomy/astrology; much of a muchness in my book..)
So, thats the story…we’ll have Lift Off at the bendy hour of 11.30pm and we’ll crash back down to earth a few hours later..
